  1. Anagram Systems: Favourable order from Uttar Pradesh Commercial Taxes Tribunal, Noida Bench, quashing demands on the issue of supply of goods/ service from SEZ based unit to EOU unit/ SEZ unit. 
  2. Mese Fashions- Favourable Assessment Order, dropping the scrutiny assessment proceedings in entirety, on the issue of unexplained expenditure in the Profit and Loss Account.
  3. Aforeserve.Com Ltd.: Service Tax demand of Rs. 91,12,831/- quashed vide order of Joint Commissioner, CGST Commissionerate, Noida on the issue of liability of service tax on unbilled revenue, which was discharged in subsequent financial year.
  4. KENT RO Systems Ltd: Obtaining favourable order from Appellate Authority, SGST, Noida, on the issue of non-filling of Part-B in E-way bill.
  5. BTL-EPC Limited: Obtaining favourable order in GST ASMT-12, resulting in dropping of scrutiny proceedings wherein Electronic credit ledger was blocked on account of difference in turnover as per GSTR-3B and TDS credit received as per TDS return filed by Customer. The Proper Officer, relying on our submission, unblocked the credit ledger, after being satisfied of the facts and of the law in this regard.
  6. Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd.: Favourable order from Objection Hearing Authority and subsequently from Assessing Authority on the issue of non-furnishing of F forms during assessment.
  7. Oswal Industrial Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (Oswal Group): Demand cum Show Cause Notice quashed by Adjudicating Authority for FY 2014-15 vide order dated 29.12.2023. It was held  that in service tax regime, job work in relation to textile processing was exempt from whole of the service tax leviable thereon under Section 66B of Finance Act, 1994.
